Danielle is a 200hr RYT. She completed her yoga training at Yoga Yama in 2015. Her training focused on the styles of Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, both of which she enjoys teaching. She began her yoga journey in 2012 to help relieve physical pain as well as to help cope with stress and anxiety. She is a firm believer in the restoring power of yoga and wishes to share it with others.
